Where we started

HPC Sports was created in 2022 by our founder, Jeff Smith. It began with him testing the SupportingLines High-Performance Index™️, an assessment used to measure and improve organizational workplace culture, with sports teams.

Through our ongoing research with sports teams and athletes, we make direct statistical connections between team culture and athletic performance.
